Joy is not the absence of darkness. Joy is confidence that the darkness will lift.

Rebekah Lyons

Behold and Become

The therapeutic approach I use with clients is client-centered, collaborative and holistic as I believe mind, body, spirit and environment all impact one's well-being.  My life experiences allow me to work with clients facing a variety of issues. I have a strong Christian faith that guides my life and gives me great hope for those who are hurting and discouraged. Faith integration is an option but is not required. Counseling is always tailored to meet your unique needs and help you reach your goals.

The name "Behold" comes from the Greek word idou, meaning "be sure to see," which I find fitting for the counseling journey. When we truly behold the things and circumstances that hold meaning in our lives, it impacts what we believe and who we become.

I am passionate about helping clients move from surviving to thriving. I welcome the opportunity to connect with you to discuss how therapy might be helpful.
